As the Strawberry Moon approaches, it’s the perfect time to celebrate and honor the abundance Mother Earth provides. Join Indigenous chef Jason Lamb (Schaghticoke) for a cooking demonstration and discussion about foodways in local tribal communities. Bring your appetite for knowledge as you sample some recipes that blend traditional and contemporary ingredients.
