Mohegan Cultural Program

Indigenous peoples’ history has often been recounted for them by people outside of their communities, but they have their own stories to tell. Join David Eichelberg (Pataqaham Wahsoohs), Outreach and Tradition Specialist for the Mohegan Tribe for an interactive presentation on the history, culture, and tradition of the Mohegan people. David will bring along authentic and replicated cultural items and visuals to supplement his presentation and will discuss specific cultural topics such as drumming and dancing.
