Maple Sugar Festival 2025

March 8 @ 11:00 am - 3:00 pm

Saturday, March 8

11:00AM

Looking for a sweet end to the winter months? As the days get warmer, but the nights remain cold, it’s the right condition for maple sugaring! Join IAIS staff for an event celebrating the gift of Maple Sugar. Throughout the day, our staff will demonstrate various traditional techniques for collecting sap and boiling it down into syrup and sugar. For an enriching experience, listen to some Traditional Native American stories, enjoy a tasty maple treat, and participate in family-friendly educational activities while learning about the gifts of the maple trees for Native and Non-Native communities.

Pre-registration is requested. Please visit register online below. Questions? Please call (860) 868 0518 or email [email protected]. Price: $20 Adults, $15 Seniors and Students, $10 IAIS Members.
