The Institute for American Indian Studies is participating in Connecticut Open House Day! Come to the museum to learn about the more than 10,000-year history of Connecticut’s Native American inhabitants. Museum educators and docents will be offering FREE tours of the museum, as well as family friendly activities. Participate in crafts, try your hand at using an atlatl to launch a spear, and listen to Traditional Native American stories as told by Education Coordinator Darlene Kascak, Schaghticoke Tribal Nation. Stop in and join the fun!
