Embrace the wisdom of Nature as you immerse yourself in the woodland environment with time for nature sit spots along our Red Trail. End the walk with a refreshing tea made from locally foraged medicine of the Earth, a taste of the deep remembrance of our profound connection to all our relations.

Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty. If there is anyone in your party that might have difficulty sitting on the ground, please let us know in advance so that we can accommodate all participants.
